Certificates of Completion can be added to your Academy platform and are closely tied to the badging system. Before you begin setting up these certificates, please contact your representative at Guroo Learning to obtain the Certificate of Completion Word template.
Only System Administrators have the necessary permissions to enable certificates of completion. If you do not have access, please contact the appropriate team member who manages these tasks.
Enabling Certificates of Completion
Start by navigating to the Settings tab.
Next, go to Badges & Points and Badge Settings and ensure Enable Certificate PDF is toggled on.

Adding Certificates of Completion
Navigate to Settings under the Badges & Points section and click Certificates.

Give the certificate template a name. Drag and drop or click to select files, and once uploaded, click Save.
You can then click the three dots next to your certificate in the table and choose to preview the certificate to check that you are happy with it. You can also edit and download the certificate here
Linking a Certificate of Completion to a course
Once the certificate of completion is set up, you can link it to a badge or course by following these steps:
From Settings, Badges & Points, go to All Badges and search for the badge you want to link the certificate to. Click the three dots next to the badge name, then select Manage Badge.

In the Edit screen, under the Certificate Template section, choose the relevant certificate template.
You can then preview the certificate to ensure it’s the correct one.
